For LV MARIA online purchases only. Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt and package. All merchandise returned for exchange or store credit must be unworn in perfect saleable condition.
Simply email lovemariajewel@gmail.com and include your order number, reason for the return or pictures of the product.
Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
To return or exchange a LVM product, please follow the instructions below:
- You may ship your return or exchange via any other shipping method of your choice to the address indicated on the return voucher. Melrose cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
- You will be reimbursed for the cost of the product via your original payment method.
