SHIPPING & RETURN

For LV MARIA online purchases only.

 

  • Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 15 days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt and package.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.​

  • Orders cannot be canceled after the order has shipped.

  • All merchandise returned for exchange or store credit must be unworn in perfect salable condition. 

  • Items will be exchanged upon current stock confirmation. Should the item not be in stock, a store credit will be issued.

  • Store credit codes will remain active for one full year.

  • A store credit cannot be combined with any other store credit codes, discounts or promotional offers.

Return & Exchanges

​

  • You may ship your return or exchange via any other shipping method of your choice to the address indicated on the return voucher. LV MARIA cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit, and shipping costs will not be reimbursed. 

  • You will be reimbursed for the cost of the product via your original payment method.
